Return Policy

If you have received incorrect or defective items, please email us at info@marblcosmetics.com to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition. The products must be unopened (exception: Easy Stick & Blend Kit). Please note: because these are hygienic products, we cannot accept opened products for return.

Once returned and accepted, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of return shipping.

Returns Policy and Guidelines:

  • Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns after this period.
  • All returned items must be unused and unopened. With the exception of the Easy Stick & Blend Kit.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items. 
  • Please ensure the returns form is approved - failure to approve may result in your return not being processed.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged during shipping.
  • Please ensure all return packages are sent using a trackable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via info@marblcosmetics.com. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return. We will process your request as soon as possible and let you know how to return the item.

Step 2: Send your order
Please send the items together with the completed return form to the address on
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings
to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount back
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded.

Returns Policy and Guidelines:

Please note that returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible using the same method you paid.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging (with the exception of the Easy Stick & Blend Kit).

To initiate a return, you can contact us via info@marblcosmetics.nl. Always include your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return form with instructions on how and where to send the package.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is the return period?

You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt.

How long does it take to get my money back?

A full refund will be issued using the same payment method the customer used. Once we receive the return, we will verify that the products are in their original, saleable condition and issue a refund.

Please note that most financial institutions typically take 3-5 business days to complete a refund.

My item is damaged/defective, what should I do?

In order to help you as quickly as possible, we ask you to attach a few photos that show the poor quality or damaged part of the product. The best photos are taken on a flat surface with good light where the label and the defect are clearly visible. We will use this information to help you with your order and to prevent mistakes in the future.

Received the wrong product?

We do our utmost to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that orders sometimes slip through and we deliver you the wrong product. Of course, we will solve this and send you the correct order free of charge. For questions about the delivery of wrong products, you can contact customer service.

Can I return my order without contacting you?

No, you must contact us before sending a return as we will provide you with the returns form.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
